Welcome!
By using a broad spectrum of techniques ranging from realism to illustration to abstract expressionism, I create a variety of media including acrylic and watercolor paintings, pencil drawings, oil pastels, digital artwork, and artography (artistically enhanced photography.) A selection of my evolving art portfolio is displayed on this site’s homepage. I enjoy working with clay and also with glass and a number of other materials as well. In addition to creating original artworks and commissioned works, I enjoy showing others how to create their own art pieces.
Dovetailing my lifelong love of beauty, nature, art, and design with my background as a professional writer, I have begun work on a series of illustrated storybooks based on Christian principles. Lord willing, those projects will come to fruition in 2026.
My hope is that this site will become a connection point through which I will be able to help others explore their own God-given creative abilities. As with all other spaces and places I find myself, it is my hope that this platform will provide even more opportunities to share the gospel.
